At Nuna, we stand behind our products and are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines our 60-day return promise and our comprehensive 2-year limited warranty to ensure you have a confident and worry-free experience.

1. 60-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund.

  • Conditions for Return: The product must be in "like-new" condition with all original packaging and accessories. A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • How to Return: Please contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. 2-Year Limited Warranty

Your Nuna Smart Pendant is covered by a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • What is Covered: We will repair, replace, or refund a defective product at our discretion.
  • What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
  • How to Claim: If you experience an issue, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem.

What IS Covered by the Warranty

These are typically issues that arise from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Battery Failure:Scenario Example: After 8 months of use, your pendant's battery life drastically drops from several days to just a few hours, even after a full charge.
  • Functional Malfunction:Scenario Example: The pendant’s vibration alert suddenly stops working, or the device fails to sync data with your mobile app for no reason.
  • Hardware Defects:Scenario Example: The charging port on the device becomes loose, making it difficult to charge properly (not caused by external force or pulling).
  • Power Issues:Scenario Example: The pendant fails to power on or frequently shuts down by itself, despite being charged and used normally.

What is NOT Covered by the Warranty

These are typically issues caused by accidents, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

  • Accidental Damage:Scenario Example: You accidentally drop the pendant on a hard surface, causing the casing to crack or break.
  • Liquid Damage:Scenario Example: You wear the pendant while showering or swimming, causing water to get inside and damage the internal components.
  • Normal Wear and Tear:Scenario Example: After more than a year of daily wear, the pendant's metal casing shows minor scratches and a natural loss of shine.
  • Improper Use or Modification:Scenario Example: You attempt to open the pendant's casing yourself, or use an incompatible third-party charger that damages the charging port.
  • Loss or Theft:Scenario Example: Your pendant is lost or stolen. The warranty only applies to the physical product that you possess.
